Community temporarily down for maintenance

Hi,
Just a quick heads up that the community part of the website is currently down for system maintenance and upgrades. Expect it to be up and running again in a few hours.
NOTE that all business customers licensing JayCut products are unaffected by this and that such services will run as normal.
[UPDATE] We have decided to prolong this period for community upgrades and maintenance over the weekend. There has simply been such a rush to use our services in the past month that a few things needs to be tweaked :). All business licensors remain unaffected.
[UPDATE #2] The community is now online again. It took a bit longer than expected but the results are good. Enjoy!

I keep trying to upload a picture to make a video with. But, it keeps showing up as a question mark. How can I change the question mark back into the picture? because, it is a picture I took time in editing just to make this video and I am getting very mad!
how can i download a avi or mpeg movie to show my creation offline?
I just made a video, love your service, and can view it, but cannot download it. There is nothing to click and I can't drag it. I am on a Mac. Any suggestions?

I'm having the same problem with the image upload amongst others - I can't preview the clip or download it - just started happening today.
For some reason every time I upload a picture, JayCut doesn't read it. A question mark shows up instead. Does anyone know why this happens?
I am so sorry to disturb you again, I suppose my last trials were failed owing to the storage volume of mail box. On May 12 my mail box has been upgraded to 1G, and then I have done a mix on May 13, however, I still have not yet received your e-mail, would you please check and inform me how to solve the problem. Thanks!
there is a problem with my jaycut. everytime i upload a vid it comes out shorter and super fast motion plaese help
Hi again, as you've noticed we're now online again! It certainly took longer than expected but it was worth the time in order to make sure everything will continue to run smooth for a long time ahead.
Green screen...well hang in there is all I can say ;)
Still have problems with the maintenance? When do you think it will run again? I thought everything would be up on monday... it's not fair to let us hope ;-)
Like what updates? mabey greenscreen? i wish but im guessing no. but if you guys could possibly do that next time you guys go down for maintinance than please do greenscreen if you read this.

@paultam8: Most likely the email is in your junkmail, it usually only takes a few minutes to publish videos

I have finished publish mix for several movies 3 days ago, unfotunately I have not yet received your e-mail, I am anxiously wait for them, please help!
When will it run again ? I wanted to finish my clip yesterday evening and was disappointed to know that I had to wait " a few hours".
Will it run today? Jaycut is an addiction video editor... Come back, jaycut, please!
